Email Support

What you can report

  • Bug or feature that does not work as expected
  • Confusing behavior or usability problem
  • Visual or accessibility problem
  • Incorrect activity information
  • Image problem
  • Suggestion or feature request
  • Privacy, security, billing, or account-deletion concern

What to include

When practical, include the screen or activity name, what you expected, what happened, and steps that reproduce the issue. Screenshots are useful when they do not reveal private information.

What not to send

  • Passwords, authentication secrets, API keys, or signing credentials
  • Full payment-card or billing credentials
  • Exact location unless support specifically requests it and you choose to provide it
  • Highly sensitive information that is unnecessary to resolve the issue
  • Another person's private information without permission

In-app feedback

During beta, you can use DateCompass's in-app feedback form when online. It may attach privacy-safe diagnostics such as app version, build number, route, device class, operating-system version, and activity context. If in-app feedback is unavailable, email support directly.

Emergency situations

DateCompass Support cannot provide emergency assistance, professional relationship counseling, medical advice, or legal advice. For an immediate threat to safety, contact appropriate local emergency services.

Privacy and deletion

Support communications are handled according to the Privacy Policy. For deletion requests, see the Data Deletion Policy.
